Since the formal implementation of the reform and opening up policy,China's economy has been rapid development,science and technology become more and more developed,especially modern manufacturing technology and processing technology,but also to achieve a leap-forward development.With the continuous development of CNC machining technology,this area of talent for this demand also showed a rapid growth trend.Although many of the institutions of higher education,universities and enterprises and other institutions have set up a training course for this technology,but because of various factors,such as training equipment,training venues,teaching teachers and investment funds and other resources Lack of lead,so that students in the training work can only learn some fur knowledge,and can not really grasp the connotation of technology,a serious impediment to the development of CNC technology.On the regular use of CNC machine tools,there are mainly the following characteristics:the use of high costs,the operation is more complex,there is a certain security risks and operating costs are expensive,so it is not easy for students and beginners training.Based on the above background,in order to ensure that students and beginners in a more secure environment to learn the real CNC machine technology,the graduation design mainly with the help of CNC manufacturing technology,the Internet technology,computer technology,micro control technology and the current advanced Manufacturing technology,etc.,to build a scientific,reasonable and perfect personal portable CNC machine tool system,generally known as the PPCNC CNC system.It is important to emphasize here that the theoretical research and practical case analysis of the milling machine are very rich in the current PPCNC system teaching materials,and the theoretical research on the lathe and the actual case analysis are very scarce.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen this aspect Research efforts.This paper designs the PPCNC CNC lathe as the research object,and explores the theoretical achievements and related practical case analysis of the lathe.In the process of inquiry,the main use of the experimental method to carry out in-depth analysis of this subject.In addition,with the help of UG and Pro / E and other software technology to build a corresponding mathematical parameter analysis model,but also with the help of CAXA CNC car 2013,UG6.0 and Pro / E3.0 CAM software to This makes the setting of the tool path and the programming of the software part.Finally,with the help of Mash3 Lake customized version of the software to PPCNC lathe hardware facilities and computer control system for effective fit,and then add the relevant auxiliary tools,developed a round handle,bullet model and a series of chess machine operating model,and ultimately to achieve The CNC machining of PPCNC lathe is not only beneficial to the smooth progress of training.But also greatly promoted the development of numerical control technology.In order to evaluate the relevant characteristics and performance of the PPCNC CNC lathe system,a lot of repeated precision measurement experiments have been carried out.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn: PPCNC CNC lathe system can basically meet all the conventional teaching requirements,Its product processing accuracy also meet the relevant standards and to meet the basic practical application,to a certain extent,for the future development of CNC lathe technology to provide some reference.At the end of the article,in order to further explore the actual processing capacity of the system,a large number of repeated processing experiments,the results obtained the following conclusions: This system is mainly by virtue of the most widely used CAM software based on the cutting route Compile,to better achieve the cutting of the product.That is to say with the help of PPCNC CNC lathe system can achieve high precision CNC machining.Finally,from all angles to the full range of the three CAM software mentioned above,select one of the best as a PPCNC CNC lathe teaching CAM software,and then for the development of CNC lathe technology to lay a solid foundation.
