Large-scale equipment and heavy machinery on the name of the economic construction of the growing,and the safety of these major equipment need to attract people's attention.About the chemical equipment,their function increased and work intensity increases,the structure tends to be complex,working environment is very harsh,the researchers detected the chemical reactor's reliability is paramount issue,using the traditional measuring sensor technology is difficult or non-existent Unable to carry out online monitoring of their state of health and safe operation,leading to safety hazards is difficult to control and monitor real-time online.This paper is the use of acoustic emission technique,the use of the defect signal FBG sensors detect Pressure vessel;and detection signal recording,analysis,processing;and ultimately identify the location of the crack.The detailed research works are intorduced as below:(1)This paper introduces the principle,application and development of acoustic emission technology,and the unique advantages of fiber grating sensor compared with ordinary fiber optic sensor,and puts forward the new method of combining the advantages of the two,that is,using acoustic emission grating sensor detection technology.(2)This paper introduces the acoustic emission sensing theory of fiber Bragg grating,and sets up the experimental platform.Under the condition of high pressure,the steel ball is subjected to the ball impact test on the surface of the pressure vessel with different impact height,and the height is the same.Pressure in the case of pressure vessel surface impact test;the use of ultrasonic probe on the surface of the pressure vessel ultrasonic excitation.The storage oscilloscope collects the captured time domain signal,performs the Fourier transform to obtain the frequency domain signal,and compares the data of each group.(3)A 500mm×500mm×1mm aluminum alloy plate was used to plan the fiber grating sensing network on the surface.The experiments were carried out at different height of the ball impact test,the ultrasonic excitation experiment and the experiment of ultrasonic and shock excitation.The signal of the experiment was analyzed separately and the combined effect of the superposition of the signal.
