Research On The Influence Of Working Face Gas Emission On Mining Dynamic Pressure

The phenomenon of "relief by flow" is caused by exploitation of the dynamic pressure in front of the media is one of the major factors of insecurity coal production process.In this paper,we did some research and analysis of Mining of coal mining face under the influence of the dynamic pressure gas emission law by the methods of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and similar simulation in the geological conditions of future generations,mining face under Mining Dynamic Pressure Gas emission law.In the conditions of Chiaki geological,based on a similar simulation and field measurement method of face coal displacement and stress distribution were studied,the results showed that: in the recovery process,the same vertical position of face,layer by a low to high coal and successively increase,the same layer,from near to far from the Face of coal and decreases;coal may be formed of face inverted triangle fully broken layer,is not fully broken triangle layer,coal crushing an upper region is greater than the lower part of the coal,the lower abutment pressure coal pitch Face Extreme relatively recent,and less than an upper branch Extreme pressure coal.Based on mechanics,penetration mechanics,working in front of party coal under abutment pressure effects,the use of multi-physics software FSI simulation results are show as follows: work ahead of coal from the coal wall to coal body,coal and rock gas content showed a decreasing trend,and the square in front of the work and stress relief with gas content difference between the maximum concentration area;permeability of face coal from coal to coal wall inside a low permeability to gradually reduce and then returned to raw coal and rock permeability;of face with coal in relief and stress concentration area interchange seam gas emission intensity maximum of the gas volume fraction Face the greatest impact.It′s analyzed that faces of Methane Emission Law under the impact of mining to analyze the dynamic pressure based on the damage caused by the law of abutment pressure on the front and coal gas migration law,and establish the damage model of working face coal mining under the influence of the dynamic pressure,and mining dynamic pressure caused by the emission amount of push to increase computing.
