Pressure pipelines are dangerous special type equipment with the widespread use, but leak and explosion of pipeline system still occurred from time to time. Nowadays, the research on pressure pipelines is still performed in the stage of static analysis without considering the Fluid Structure Interactive (FSI) and dynamic effect caused by vibration, so the result can't reflect the correct fracture mechanical character of pipelines system.A new method considering Fluid Structure Interactive and dynamic fracture mechanical effect is presented in the paper. The result will be applied in design, safety assessment and fatigue life prediction of pressure pipelines. After the research on a typical pressure pipeline system, it got some new arguments and conclusions:First, the method, to calculate the inherent characteristic of pressure pipeline, is realized by Wiggert's FSI model with ADINA. With this method, the effect of internal pressure in the pipe on the inherent characteristic of pipelines system is obtained.Second, the dynamic stress intensity factor of three kinds of through-wall crack are calculated by 1/4 node displacement method with ANSYS. After comparing with the theory solution, significance of dynamic analysis on pressure pipeline is reemphasized.AT last, after analyzing a typical pressure pipeline system, the dynamic stress intensity factor of Axial through-wall crack is calculated with the method considering FSI and dynamic effect caused by vibration of the system.
