| Natural gas contains H2S,CO2 and other acidic components,in which H2S has the most serious harm.Excepting lowering the heating value of natural gas,the exit of H2S can also cause the corrosion of equipment and pose a threat to people’s safety.When being discharged to air,the H2S will certainly pollute the environment by forming acid rain.Currently the alcohol amine desulfurization process is widely used in natural gas purification for many advantages,such as large sulfur capacity,fast absorption rate,low prices and can be used repeatedly.In this thesis,absorption properties and desorption properties of amine solution in removing H2S from natural gas was studied.Firstly,H2S removal experiment of different amine in different operating parameters was carried out.And the absorbing load,the absorption rate and other indicators were analyzed to select the optimal experimental parameters.Then the H2S absorption properties and desorption properties of MDEA、TEA、DETA、MEA、DEA were comparative studied and the main absorbers and additives of mixed amine were selected.Each mixed amine was configured different ratios,in which the optimal ratio was selected by analyzing the H2S absorption properties and desorption properties.Lastly,the influence of desulfurization process parameters on H2S absorption properties and desorption properties of amine were studied.The common desulfurization and selective desulfurization process those commonly used in gas desulfurization process were respectively studied by amine deacidification test device and ProMax process simulation software.And the influence on H2S absorption properties and desorption properties of amine of different process parameters were studied,such as absorbing temperature,absorbing pressure,desorbing temperature,desorbing pressure,amine flow,etc.Meanwhile,the influence of each parameter were sorted as a descending order.After the above studies,the optimum experimental operation parameters and H2S absorption and desorption properties of every amine were concluded.And the optimum amine solution formulas of both common and selective desulfurization process were selected.The influence on H2S absorption properties and desorption properties of amine of different process parameters in the two desulfurization process were concluded.The conclusions of this paper can provide a theoretical basis and basic data for the actual gas desulfurization process. |
