Carbon dioxide contributes almost60%of the total greenhouse gas emissions on a global warming potential basis. It is a crucial task we are facing nowadays to select affordable and environmentally acceptable absorbent for CO2. The study of CO2absorption and desorption in organic amines are attracting inierests both in academic and industrialfields. The first experiment is about how the single absorbing liquid afeect on CO2absorption-desorption. Test preparation concentration10%,20%,30%and40%respectively of absorption liquid, compared how MEA, MDEA and TETA to effect on CO2absorption and desorption. Found that MEA volume concentration20%MEA,40%MDEA,20%TETA has the best performance on absorption and regeneration. Based on the optimization of a single absorbent formula, then compared the MDEA-MEA, MDEA-TETA and TETA-MEA under different concentration ratio of mixed absorption liquid in the absorption-desorption effect, it is concluded that the optimal absorber system is MEA:MDEA=9:1, it can both achieve the optimal degree of absorption of the load and regeneration by75.1%.Preliminary studied the MDEA-MEA mixed amine system by adding different concentrations of piperazine (PZ) solution after the characteristics of absorption and desorption of CO2, and compared with the same number of moles of MDEA-MEA mixed amine system. Comprehensive analysis, with the result of the experiment can be concluded that MDEA:MEA=1:9, add0.1mol/L after PZ solution, rich fluid desorption of renewable energy consumption decreased, regeneration efficiency can reach98%.Design of1500t/year of natural gas power plant flue gas capture system, and has carried on the analysis of energy consumption. Chemical absorption method is used to absorb CO2, packing regenerator hot regeneration.
