The density of firms and hazards in chemical industry zones is very big.The accidents have the feather of wide impact range,large types,serious consequences and so on.If accidents happen,it is so easy to cause expansion and the aftermath would be completely serious.To reduce the likelihood of accidents expansion and achieve intrinsically safe,the following research work is carried out in this paper.The type of accident who can easily lead to expansion can be identified by reading a lot of literature and accident expansion conditions.Though analysis and calculation of accident expansion,the bidirectional connectivity graph charactering the interaction between dangerous units on the basis of accident consequences and extended probability.To discrete these units,certain measures could be adopted to interrupted association between them.To achieve the purpose of optimizing the hazards layout,so the intrinsic safety can be achieved in zones.The consequence indicates that bidirectional connectivity graph can specifically characterize the interlinkages between dangerous units.And the accident expansion theory which regards bidirectional connectivity graph as the core can analyze and describe accident expansion process systematically in chemical industry zones.It can indicate the direction to optimize layout and achieve intrinsic safety in chemical industry zones.Risk bearing capacity is critical value to maintain the normal work and life of people,normal operation of equipment and normal production activities.The chemical industry zones are places where gather many kinds of dangerous substances.So they have great risk and accidents are easy to happen.The risk critical value which chemical industry zones can carry should be obtained by calculating.And effective measures should be taken to control risk under the critical value.Because risk is an abstract concept,the inventory quantity is carried as characterization of risk bearing capacity.Through the calculation of accident loss,per capita risk assessment,per capita risk of equivalent dangerous substances,and citing classic definition of risk as the calculation rule and determining ALARP criteria as evaluation criteria,Then the dangerous substances inventory that zones can carry can be obtained.And it can provide a theoretical basis for the chemical industry park security access of chemical industry zones.Because the big enterprise density and involving many dangerous unit,the data analysis process is extremely complicated.To improve the computational efficiency and get systematic analysis results,the computing system based on accident expansion system in chemical industry zones is developed.This system is based on MATLAB 2010b scientific computing platform,and use regional division and data import and export technology in the respect of data and image processing.The system includes the modules of accident consequence analysis,bi-connected graph generation,dangerous unit detachment and risk bearing capacity calculation based on the process of accident expansion theory.Visualization results of accident consequences and optimized access program in chemical industry zones can be obtained.The application example shows that this system has excellent practicability to analysis accident expansion,and it can provide technical support to achieve intrinsically safe of chemical industry zones.
