As the development and exploration in recent years.North area of Zhuang is belong to ultra-low permeability,low porosity,deep layers and middle abundance.Now the block is developed with natural energy.This kind of low permeability resources show the characteristics of tight reservoir,poor property and low abundance,which brings great difficulty to reasonable development.So whether transformation the development mode after natural energy drive is reasonable,which is very significant reference value and guiding significance to improve the reservoir benefit.Based on the geological characteristics of Zhuang 23 reservoir,analysed reservoir formation parameters including rock composition,pore throat structure and permeability distribution.Using the method of indoor physical experiments,researched for stress sensitivity and water-oil phase flow rules of Zhuang oil field.Simulation experiments of different development way are carried on a group of cores,including natural depletion,water injection,gas injection and chemical injection(surfactant,augmented injection agent).Measure the rules about pressure difference,concentrations of water,gas and surfactant,cumulative oil production vary with inject multiples and the displacement efficiency in different development mode Also,characteristics and effects of different development modes are evaluated.Reservoir engineering and numerical simulation,and are used to optimize technical policies done to change the development mode of Zhuang 23 block.A changed development program is designed to be applied on a block of Zhuang 23.At the same time,the development results are evaluated and predicted.Results show that: with high pressure,the reservoir is sensitive to pressure,water injection results in pressure rising fast and gas injection results in gas channeling.However the injection of surfactant has the effect of depressurization and injection increasing;compared with natural energy development,the recovery efficiency of surfactant displacement is higher than those of gas displacement and water displacement;combined with the surfactant source and economic cost,it is proposed that for ultra-low permeability reservoirs the reasonable development method is the combination of water injection and fracture.Research results have certain theoretical guiding significance to rationally develop deep ultra-low permeability reservoir.
