With the further development of oil and gas exploration and development, manyimportant oilfields in China, especially in the eastern China, has entered high maturestage of the exploration and in late of development, due to the implementation of anintensive geophysical and drilling work, it’s very difficult to find the larger scalereservoir, large-scale structural reservoir and subtle reservoir have been highlydeveloped. Therefore, the exploration and development of small subtle reservoiroccupied an important position in oilfield exploration and development later.A small reservoir refers to smaller reserves reservoir; it is also a type of reservoirthat is generally difficult to development by the rules well network and program.Compared with the main continental reservoir in China, the exploration anddevelopment of small reservoir have greater risk. The size of the main reservoir sandof Dixi12well block Cretaceous Hutubihe reservoir is small and thin, seismicattribute distribution without a good regularity, as “one sand one reservoir” multiplereservoir, its oil-water system is not uniform, distribution rule is complex. It is atypical low bearing, low yield, shallow layer small sandstone reservoir.This paper tightly around research center what is the reasonable policy limit ofthe development technology, based in the objective geological conditions that Dixi12well area Hutubihe group what is low bearing, low yield, shallow layer small reservoir,to draw up the optimal reasonable development technical strategy for Dixi12wellarea Hutubihe group and realize effective development for the small sandstonereservoir, using mathematical statistics, reservoir engineering method, fine reservoirgeological modeling and numerical simulation technology, to carry out further studyfor Dixi12well area Hutubihe group, this paper complete mainly the followingaspects:Gather and absorb tectonic evolution, stratigraphic division, reservoir deposit,reservoir evaluation and reservoir engineering and other related research results aboutDixi12well area Hutubihe group reservoir, to re-recognize structure characteristics,depositional system, reservoir characteristics of the region of interest, laid a solidfoundation for the establishment of fine reservoir modeling, development mode and technical policy limit.Complete drilling, well deviation, individual layer data, digitization and formatreduction and input and quality control of53wells’s logging interpretation resultsdata in Dixi12well area. Geologic maps what are top structure maps, sand thicknessmaps, reservoir thickness maps and the main fault in well zone of K1h21, K1h26, K1h11,K1h22, K1h25and K1h12sand group of Hutubihe group are digitized and loaded.Based on the fine geological model, applied reasonable grid coarseningalgorithm to establish the reservoir numerical model of the Dixi12well area hutubihegroup. Collected and sort out core saturated multiphase seepage test data and PVTexperimental data of fluid. Established fluid model and the Darcy flow characteristicsmodel of the study area. And established reservoir numerical simulation of theHutubihe group by initialization of numerical simulation model.Applied reservoir engineering theory to demonstrate reservoir developmentmode, well pattern, reasonable pattern well spacing on the basis of the characteristicsthat are testing for oil and producing test. On this foundation, study rationaldeliverability for oil well and water flooding regime and pressure system for thereservoir. Applied reservoir numerical simulation to carry out a system study for thedevelopment technical strategy of the Dixi12well area. it mainly including:comparison and optimization of development mode, adaptability evaluation andoptimization of well pattern, well pattern parameter optimization, research andoptimization of rational deliverability(rational deliverability for oil well, injection rate,injection-production ratio, oil production rate,waterflood timing, and the limitation oflifting fluid,etc.), research of rational displacement pressure system(formationpressure limit, reasonable formation pressure,reasonable injection-productiondifferential pressure and producing pressure drop, the minimum bottom hole flowingpressure).Used the orthogonal experiment method, comprehensive considered kinds ofelement. To design9sets of numerical simulation testing program and predict maindevelopment index. Apply ranges analysis to classify and order the main technicalstrategy of affecting oil field development; indicate the direction for next adjustmentand control of the oilfield.Through this research, it shows that: the determination of technical strategy forrational development of small sandstone reservoir need apply each argument ofmultiple disciplines and technologies. In order to improve beneficial result for the smallsandstone reservoir, and achieve the ultimate goal of effective development for smallsandstone reservoir, it is necessary to carry out optimization of developmenttechnology policy of considering many factors influence.
