The deep profile control of injection wells is an important means to stabilizing oil and improve the efficiency of water flooding.The vast majority of oil have entered the high moisture or high water cut mining period,heterogeneity is serious.Permeability contrast of vertical,area and interlayer becomes serious,due to long term waterflooding,perforation and changing stratum again and again,forced injection and forced production,It makes implement water plugging and profile control more difficul,conventional water shutoff profile technology can not meet the needs of oil production.Deep profile technology in high water cut stage reservoir should have some flexibility and range of applications,however,has not carried out the current study abroad deep profile technical boundaries in this regard.In this paper,analyze the reason of high water cut reservoir deep profile effect,determine the technical indicators about the influence factors of deep profile control effect such as geological and production factors.establish physical experimental model of split ratio as the evaluation index.Evaluation of the degree of improvement of commonly used profile control system for water injection profile,provides the parameters for numerical simulation.Experimental results show that the ability of gel and particle such as plugging agent blocking characteristics and improving the water injection profile,wherein the gel plugging plugging,victory in the small particle plugging agent is small than large for plugging plugging,plugging agent application providing a basis for choice.By using numerical simulation method to establish the conceptual model of high permeability reservoir geological characteristics consistent with the simulation results,according to the established high water cut reservoir profile control technique of deep plate boundaries,the crude oil viscosity is less than 5 mPa-s and the reservoir permeability ratio less than 2 are not suitablefor deep profile control;profile control time as early as possible;the moisture content in the 90%~95%,blocking radius between about 0.4~0.6 effect is good;the moisture content in the 95%~98%,blocking radius between about 0.6~0.8 effect is good.Using 48 well group profile results in extra high water cut block verified the deep profile control technology limits determined is accuracy.The research findings were applied in Shengtuo oilfield STT143X29 well group T1433 block and T28 block ST3-6-09 well group,proved that the theoretical chart is correct,provided a feasible shortcut of layer selection decision for the high water cut reservoir deep profile control.
