Kendong 12 block is a typical fluvial reservoir heterogeneity serious,widespread development of bottom water,reservoir thickness is thinner,as the area is heavy oil reservoirs,oil viscosity is relatively large,easy along the edge and bottom water permeability reservoir facies invade,causing high water-cut in wells while the reservoir is in low utilization level.It's very important to develop and optimize the water control technology to block high permeability reservoir to control eadge and bottom water invasion.The great goal is to improving the utilization level of the reservoir,reducing water and improve ultimate recovery.To reveale the water invasion law in this area through basic geological research,identify the impact of edge and bottom water,find the main factors of the water intrusion,combined with pre-construction work and process effect on the water shutoff profile to summarize and discuss the various impact factors.At last,to select a suitable water-control technology for this block.
