At present,haze pollution in china is serious,60% of which comes from the direct combustion of coal.Therefore,it is significant to rapidly obtain representative coal for testing to control the use of poor quality coal and to promote the fine use of coal.Conventional sample preparation equipment is individual and manually operated.With more and more workload of the coal sample preparation,the research on the joint sampling equipment becomes more and more urgent.The key of the joint sampling equipment is the crusher and the division device.Crusher directly affects the efficiency of the joint sampling equipment.The division device has an important effect on the test results.Through the cooperation with the company,this paper presents the process of coal sample preparation and the structure program of the joint sampling equipment.The main work of this paper is to the design the new double-roll crusher and the square cavity divider.The task for designing the new double-crown roll crusher is as follows:(1)Based on the crushing theory and the traditional empirical formula,the main parameters of the new double-roll crusher are designed and the 3D model of the crusher is built.(2)The discrete element software is used to simulate grain crushing process,the mass change curve and the bond number curve are obtained from the post-treatment to calculate the crushing efficiency and the distribution of particle size.(3)Based on the simulation of the crushing process,the DOE experiment is designed to optimize the tooth shape of double-roll crusher with Isight software.(4)According to the optimal tooth shape,the prototype of crusher is manufactured for verifying that the design process is reasonable.The design of the square cavity divider includes:(1)In order to facilitate spatial layout,the square of cavity divider is proposed and its 3D model is built.(2)With the discrete element software,the process of the subdivision is simulated to verify the rationality of the structure.At the same time,the simulation data of quality monitor is retrieved from the post-treatment to calculate the division ratio.(3)According to the design scheme,the prototype of square cavity is manufactured for verify working performance of the divider.The structural scheme of crusher and divider meets the engineering requirements.And its work performance meets the expectation of company.
