With the features of fast curing and energy saving,when the traditional oil-based UV curable resin coating was put into use,the reactive diluent must be added into it to adjust the viscosity.However,the reactive diluent would constantly volatilize during the oil-based UV curable resin coating’s solidificated,which would create environmental pollution.By using water as dispersion medium,the water-borne UV curable resin coating attracted people’s attention,which was free of pollution.We had explored a preparation method of water-borne UV curable acrylated acrylic oligomer resin,and the water-borne UV curable coating had better function.Firstly,the carboxyl type acrylate resin had been produced by using methyl methacrylate,acrylate as raw materials;secondly,the glycidyl methacrylate had been dropwised into the four-necked flask,and the glycidyl methacrylate would grafting reaction with acrylate resin;finally,the solvent had been removed under decompression conditions,the neutralizer had been added to neutralizd the resin,the resin had been dispersed by water,and then the water-borne UV curable acrylated acrylic oligomer resin had been prepared.In the preparation process,we had studied some factors,such as initiator,catalyst,polymerization inhibitor,glycidyl methacrylate,acid value,and the grafting reaction’s temperature.The tests results had shown: the resin had good performance when the solid content of the prepared water-borne UV curable acrylated acrylic oligomer resin was 35% and the viscosity was 1800 mPa.s.In the condition,the dosage of the initiator was 6%,catalyst was 2.5%,inhibitor was 2%,glycidyl methacrylate was 15%,the acid value was 50mg/g(resin),and the grafting reaction temperature was 110 ℃.The water-borne UV curable acrylated acrylic oligomer resin’s coating property had been analyzed and studied by some instruments. |
