Abstract/Summary:
Different thickness directly top-coal rock stability control is still restrict the generality of the high-efficient exploitation of coal mine safety theory and technical difficulties.This study Ningdong Shuangma mining area coal thick top-coal lane stability control directly as the goal,with investigation analogy,theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and field monitoring and application methods of practice,carried out under the condition of different thickness of immediate roof coal roadway supporting technology research.Through a systematic survey analysis,combing the characteristics of different thickness of immediate roof deformation and its stability factors of immediate roof in thin layer are discussed,the thick layer of immediate roof and thick composite roof conditions,anchor rod(rope)supporting in coal roadway,action principle.Uses FLAC3 D numerical simulation software,combined with the Bianjie Xieshui lane Shuangma coal mine geological occurrence and mining conditions,calculation and reveals the different thickness of immediate roof under the condition of coal roadway surrounding rock stress and deformation distribution and development characteristics,analysis of the coal roadway surrounding rock under different support forms supporting effect,thickening directly caving roadway supporting method was proposed.Field application in the process of using a variety of means to mine pressure observation and evaluation,to realize the coal roadway stability control,stability control for Shuangma coal mine coal lane provides a theoretical basis.This study for the complicated condition of Ningdong mining similar roadway stability control provides technical and engineering for reference,also for the future(line)anchor supporting technology application in Ningdong mine deep mining provides a worthy reference method.
