Due to the influence of complex factors such as rock mass characteristics,ground stress and geological structure,the soft rock roadway in deep coal mines is often damaged due to the lack of scientific guidance in support structure selection,parameter selection and construction technology.Therefore,based on the uncertainty of the supporting conditions,using the roadway coupling support theory,based on the information construction method,to carry out the research on the surrounding rock stability control technology of soft rock roadway based on information monitoring,which has important theoretical significance and application value for solving the technical problems of soft rock roadway support in deep wells.This paper studies the coupling mechanism between different types of support and surrounding rock in soft rock roadway,and analyzes the correlation between surrounding rock deformation and supporting structure stiffness and stress characteristics.According to the main technical characteristics of soft rock roadway deformation and support stress monitoring in coal mine,through cross comparison and mutual evidence of multi-source information,a multi-source information joint monitoring method is proposed,and an information-based monitoring data processing and prediction method is given.Taking the soft rock roadway of the-952m loading belt machine in Guqiao Coal Mine of Huainan as the engineering background,obtained its physical and mechanical properties through sample test,combined with the roadway support design and construction process,put forward including displacement of the gateway surrounding rock loose circle and fissures,and its wall surface convergence displacement and force of anchor(cable)multi-source information joint monitoring scheme,and introduces the field monitoring implementation.The test and monitoring results show that the pore size of 0-0.1 ? m is more than 60%with poor injectability.The influence of construction disturbance on the deformation of soft rock roadway is significant.The displacement and time curves of surrounding rock at multiple positions show negative bending points after the excavation disturbance,and the roadway deformation tends to be stable after the disturbance ends.Combined with the monitoring results of the surrounding rock of the tape-loading machine roadway at the bottom of the well of Guqiao mine-952m,the coupling mechanism of surrounding rock and support of soft rock roadway under the support mode of anchor cables of different lengths and bolts of different spacing is simulated by FLAC-3D software.The analysis shows that the plastic zone of the roof reaches about 3.5m under deep and high in-situ stress.The plastic zone depth of the vertical wall section of the side part is 4m;The floor is not supported by anchor(cable),and the maximum depth of the plastic zone is about 4.5m,which is basically consistent with the borehole imaging test.Bolt support has a good effect on reducing the deformation in the plastic zone.Under the condition of the same row spacing between supports and the length of the anchor cable,the cable head should be anchored in the stable surrounding rock,and the design parameters of bolt and anchor cable support body can be reasonably selected to obtain the best technical and economic benefits.Finally,based on the above research,the technology and countermeasures for the surrounding rock stability control of the Guqiao Mine-952m bottom loading belt machine roadway are proposed,that is,the U-shaped steel support form with a semicircular arch framework is adopted to improve the radial support resistance to the roadway wall surface and control the development of rupture and heave zone.After the U-shaped steel scaffolding is supported and the surrounding rock is sealed with secondary shotcrete,grouting is carried out to reinforce the rupture and fracture-heave zone and the strain softening zone,so as to strengthen the bearing capacity of the bearing ring.According to the implementation of the control technology and countermeasures,good engineering practice results have been achieved.Figure 54 Table 11 references 50...
