Metal materials have been widely used in different ways.However,metal materials can be corroded by contacting with corrosion environment.Moreover,they can cause potential safety hazard because of the high surface temperature which is attributed to the radiation of the sun.In this paper,the anti-corrosion performance and insulation performance of metal materials are investigated.The protective mechanisms of coating are shielding effect,corrosion inhibitor and electrochemical protection.However,an important factor,wet adhesion,is ignored.The mechanism of wet adhesion is studied in this paper.The film-forming material,binder ratio and the drying temperature play roles on wet adhesion.I researched them and found the best experimental conditions.The film-forming material is epoxy-amine system.The binder ratio is 6:4.The drying temperature is 100℃.Adding modified hydrotalcite can improve the wet adhesion of coating effectively.Wet adhesion plays execellent performance which is less than 2 levels when sink in 12 days while the initial wet adhesion is level 0.The resistant to salt fog is 2120 hours.The synchronous test of wet adhesion and resistant performance to salt fog implied the corresponding relationship between wet adhesion and resistant performance to salt fog.Wet adhesion affects the performance of coating.As for heat insulation performance of coating,some conventional filters are investigated.Titanium dioxide,zinc phosphate and hydrotalcite paly better heat insulation performance than barium sulfate and talcum powder when used alone.The mixtures of two better filters which the weight ratio is 1:1 play better heat insulation performance the mixtures of two worse filters.The orthogonal experiment is adopted to determine optimum scheme of heat insulation performance.Coating within 3 hours of heating test shows that the coating has long time heat insulation performance.Heat insulation performance increases fast with increasing the thickness of the films.The increase rate will be slow when the thickness exels than 60 um.Adding micro-nano hydrotalcite with UV and IR blocking performance can improve the UV performance of coating.Moreover,the best content is 15 wt%.
