| With the development of science and technology,the demand of machine tool,which has good performances such as high efficiency,high precision,ultra-precise and high speed,is increased.So machine tool should have good processing properties.The guide-way,as the main part of machine tool,affects its working performance directly.Therefore,in the field of ultra-precision machining is put forward higher request to characteristics of guide-way.During the actual production process,the working characteristics of the guide-way will be changed due to the load on it.In this paper,some research as follow has been done to improve the stiffness and carrying capacity of hydrostatic guide-way:(1)First of all,the background and significance of the research on ultra precision technology is introduced.Then combining with the hydrostatic guide in the application in ultra precision machine tool,the research status related technologies at home and abroad has been introduced.Based on the research content of this paper,the physical properties and flow mechanical properties of the oil film has been expounded.And the working principle of hydrostatic guide-way with constant pressure oil supply system and constant quantity oil supply system have been analyzed.According to the expression curve for the bearing capacity and stiffness of guide rail,the influence parameters on them has been analyzed.(2)Combining with the influence factors of bearing capacity and stiffness of hydrostatic guide-way,the optimization method for sealing surface of hydrostatic guide-way is put forward based on the mechanism of the pressure loss during flowing in this paper.The impact of the location,depth and width of oil ring on the sealing surface of hydrostatic guide-way to pressure in oil cavity have been simulated,the optimization of guide are based on the simulation result of pressure in oil cavity hydrostatic guide-way.The simulation analysis proves the oil tank can improve the oil resistance on the hydrostatic guideway,and the influence of the oil film gapăinlet flow speed respectively changes on the pressure of the oil chamber and Local Resistance Coefficient have been simulated.(3)Two different structure of circular hydrostatic guide-way of quantitative oil type are designed and established to verify the simulation result above.The static performance of two experiment are verified the optimization method of hydrostatic guide-way to improve its static performance are feasibility and correctness.Finally,the error between the simulation results and the experimental results are explained: the oil viscosityand inlet flow rate affect on the performance of hydrostatic guide-way. |
