Intelligent Production Technological Parameter Optimization Design Of Plastic Extrusion Unit Based On Expert System

In recent years,the demand of the plastic film products showed a trend of rising year by year and all kinds of new equipment,new material and new technology constantly emerging which prompted China's plastic film in species diversity,specialty and has multifunction composite film direction with the development of our economy and the progress of science.Traditional plastic film extrusion production USES is embedded touch screen,PLC and temperature control module combination control manner,the startup process of the whole process of production and process parameters are made by skilled workers in the process of production according to the usual experience knowledge to set,which seriously restrain the production of plastic extrusion products quality and automatic and intelligent level.Therefore,this article studies the plastics extrusion line since the launch of the production process parameters optimization and process optimization control to improve the production efficiency of enterprises,product quality and intelligence,automation level is significant.This article in view of the existing in the production of plastic extrusion unit problems such as low automation level and product quality is not stable,based on the expert system of plastic extrusion unit of intelligent production process optimization design.The scheme for enterprises in the production of plastic extrusion unit startup process control and the demand of the production process parameters optimization,design a set of B/S structure of the expert system.On the system design,through the expert system of intelligent technologies to achieve plastic extrusion production process parameters and start the process control optimization of reasoning and explanation function,through B/S structure to achieve expert system,the whole system has better compatibility,flexibility and expansibility.On the system implementation,combining expert system and B/S structure,the whole system is divided into thr ee layers structure,namely the browser client,Web server and the database system.The complex environment of manufacturing,in plastics extrusion units using embedded system as the system software platform.The client interface using HTML,CSS,and Java Scr ipt markup language to write;Server using less resources,fast response speed of Boa Web servers,transaction logic using CGI technology to achieve the function of man-machine interaction and expert system reasoning explanation;SQLite database is used to realize database system,it has the very high response speed data processing,the advantages of open source and occupy less memory.Finally,the reasoning optimized production process parameters and automatic startup process is sent to the plastics extrusio n line of embedded touch-screen controller,the on-site production.Through on-site installation running tests show that the design based on the expert system of plastic extrusion unit of intelligent production technology to optimize the system runs stably,can meet various functional and performance requirements of the enterprise.Expert system in the aspect of system function,the plastic extruder production process parameters optimization and activate the process optimization in the reasoning of the process parameters and start the process accuracy over 80%,several times after reasoning accuracy can reach 100%,reasoning time within 3 seconds;In terms of system performance,B/S mode combined with embedded system implements the enterprise the need for system compatibility,flexibility and expansibility.This paper based on the expert system of plastic extrusion unit optimization design and implementation of production process,reduce the workload of field workers,improve the enterprise's production efficiency,product quality and intelligent level.
