Plastic Extruder Production Scheduling And Process Parameters Expert System Optimization

Plastic film forming equipment is also called extruder, is a kind of plastic processing machinery. In recent years, although China plastic machinery development quickly, production variety, more, basically can meet the requirements of domestic plastic raw material processing and plastic products processing, forming the technological equipment in general, individual products also entered the forefront of the world; but compared with the world famous brands, such as mark De Guode, Krupp, Battenfeld, Japan’s Sumitomo heavy industries, China plastic machinery has still a certain gap, the main performance in varieties of small, high energy consumption, low levels of control, and the performance is not stable. From the point of view to the development of the status quo at home and abroad, the existing plastic extrusion production system is also a lack of scheduling process parameters, the boot process control, expert database system optimization, machine learning algorithms and software.Aiming at China’s present stage of plastic extrusion machinery manufacture plastic (film, sheet) status, the expert system for the production process parameters for automatic configuration optimization replaces the technical workers manual settings of the parameters, in order to achieve the goals of improving production efficiency and product quality and saves labor cost is proposed. The main contents of this paper are as follows:In this paper introduces the concept of expert system, structure, development, and introduces the composition and structure of embedded operating system Windows CE and QT and SQLite development tools, oriented object programming language principle, shows their some unique advantages in the establishment of expert system. The paper analyses plastic extrusion production line structure and sheet extrusion production process, proposes the plastic sheet extrusion production expert system overall design and expert system reasoning machine, knowledge base and man-machine interaction interface of single module design were analyzed. Finally, develops based on QT plastic sheet extrusion production expert system, researches the plastic sheet extrusion production expert system of QT program implementation steps about the process and procedure of porting of embedded Windows CE system detailedly, and proceeds the demo of whole operation process and running test.The experimental results show that the plastic extrusion production expert system can effectively assist production and technical personnel formulation of the extrusion process, reduce working strength of the production control, increase the plastic extrusion unit automation level and the production technology level, realize functions of plastic extrusion process continuous and flexible production.
