The high efficiency and efficiency of the working face is one of the important concerns of the modern mine,and the more effective way to realize the high production and efficiency is to increase the height,width and advance length of the working face.The height of the working face and the length of the advance are generally affected by factors such as coal seam distribution.And increase the length of the face by this factor is not,so the gradual expansion of the face length of each mining area in recent years,one of the main technical direction of the study.With the increase in coal energy demand,the mine to pursue high production and efficient technology,many mines according to their own geological conditions and production conditions are reasonable to increase the length of the face.Increasing the length of the face can not only greatly improve the production capacity of the face,to avoid mining waste,and the length of the length of the road can also be reduced at the same time to reduce the number of roadway layout,thus reducing the number of face moving,which is more conducive to the mine focus on efficient production and improve resource production efficiency.In order to improve the production capacity,the length of the working face has increased to 295 m.At the same time,in the mining process which some of the mining pressure appears to have gradually emerged a series of new features,such as pressure to pressure,to extend the process of continuous extension,coal wall to help increase,often There are some exposed debris rooftop accident,which is not conducive to the safety of mine production,while slowing the progress of resource extraction.Therefore,in order to better grasp the characteristics of the mining pressure after the extension of the face and the recessive disaster brought by the mine production after the extension of the working face,it is very important to study the law of the occurrence of the strata necessary.In this paper,the first extended working face 5316 of Wu Area Coal Mine in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine is used as the engineering background,field measurement and mathematical analysis is used to study the first large mining height of 270 m And the results of 5302 normal length of the face pressure are compared with each other,and the results of some strata changes after the length of working face are obtained.The main research results are as follows:(1)Combining the theory of key layers,the paper reveals the distribution of key layers in the overlying strata,and makes a theoretical study and calculation on the working face through "plate theory" and "beam theory".The influence of long working face on the pressure is studied by "plate theory".(2)Through the field measurement method,the law of the mining behavior of 5316 large mining height and long working face is statistically studied.(3)Through the field measurement method,the rule of 5316 extendedworking face and the commutation rule of 5302 ordinary working face are compared and analyzed,and the change of mine pressure after the length of working face is mastered,and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified.(4)Through the mathematical analysis of statistical analysis,the relationship between work resistance and initial support force and time is analyzed,and the significance of initial force and time factor on work resistance is studied.This paper makes a detailed study on the law of strata behavior of the first extended working face 5316 in Zhaozhuang coal mine,and reveals the characteristics of the relevant strata after the extension of the working face,and compares the ground pressure of the working face with a certain degree Not only for the Zhaozhuang coal mine to extend the safety of production face to provide guidance,but also for similar geological conditions to provide a reference to the face of mining pressure,given the important practical reference value.
