With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements in China,in order to effectively control the emissions of PM2.5,strict control of pollutant discharge has become an urgent task of our country at this stage.Bag filter as an efficient,energy-saving dust removal equipment has also been more and more widely used.At present,the prevalence of bag dust bag structure bulky,steel consumption,selection of irrational status quo.Therefore,the research and design of a large-scale,compact,high pressure negative bag low pressure pulse bag dust removal equipment,and key components to optimize the design,in order to reduce industrial emissions and reduce the amount of steel equipment Important application value.This paper describes the structure and dust removal principle of bag filter,and analyzes the design and application status of bag filter.The main technical parameters of the pulse-blown bag filter with high negative pressure were calculated and determined on the basis of the efficient and stable operation of the dust collector,and the bag filter was designed as a design object.,Reasonable selection of dust removal process route,to determine the filter area,filter the wind speed,intake mode and the rate of air flow and other effects of the impact of the dust filter the key parameters;analysis of the bag filter structure design points,such as flower plate,,Bagroom,clean room,inlet and outlet flue and other components of the size of the design and material selection methods;detailed discussion of the filter classification and selection principles.At the same time,the paper analyzes the research on the supporting system of bag filter,such as pulse cleaning method,pre-ash system,flue gas cooling system and electrical automatic control system,and puts forward some improvement measures.The finite element Ansys analysis software was used to analyze the structural stress and strain of the key force components of the new bag filter and the bag chamber(middle box).The gray bearing is filled with full gray and maximum negative pressure,and the structure of the bag chamber is subjected to the maximum negative pressure condition.The results show that the hopper and the baghouse are in a conventional design case,the material selection is too conservative,the weight is heavier and has the bigger optimization space.The structure of the structure is reduced by reducing the size of the inner support pipe and reducing the height of the hopper ring beam.Optimized results can meet the requirements of the equipment strength,weight savings of about 34%,to achieve the purpose of reducing equipment costs.Through the latter part of the project tracking,the bag filter equipment has entered the commissioning and commissioning stage.Facts have proved that the bag filter design selection is reasonable,excellent performance,structural strength to meet the requirements.
