| Pulse bag filter is a high-efficiency and environmental protection equipment to control air pollution.Whether the design of the bag filter is reasonable and whether it is applied properly directly affects the dust removal effect and the service life of the bag filter.According to the environmental protection requirements of air pollutant control,designing a good pulse bag filter is of great significance to effectively promote energy conservation and emission reduction,and promote environmental protection work.Since the pulse bag filter has two working stages of filtration and dust removal,the optimization can be divided into two parts: the optimization of the filter and dust removal of the pulse bag filter and the optimization of the injection cleaning process of the pulse bag filter.For the dedusting process,firstly,a common bag filter model was established,and the FLUENT software was used for numerical simulation calculation.Analysis of the internal flow field diagram of the dust collector shows that the uneven distribution of the internal flow of the bag filter is the reason that affects the dust removal effect and service life of the bag filter.Aiming at the problems existing in the ordinary pulse bag filter,several improvement schemes are proposed,such as adding deflectors to the pulse bag filter and changing it to double air inlets,and comparing the distribution coefficient of the improved filter bag and the damage of the filter bag.The optimal improvement plan is to change the pulse bag filter to double air inlet alternately.For the pulse cleaning process,taking the cleaning of a single filter bag as the research object,the effects of the injection pressure,the diameter of the nozzle and the length of the filter bag on the cleaning effect were studied respectively.It is concluded that the shorter the length of the filter bag,the higher the injection pressure and the wider the nozzle width,the better the cleaning effect is.At the same time,under the premise of satisfying the cleaning effect,the design parameter is the gas consumption(β)required for cleaning the filter bag per unit area.The smaller the β,the cleaner and more efficient the injection system design is.In this study,the optimal injection scheme is the filter bag length of 7m,the injection pressure of 0.3MPa,and the nozzle width of 26 mm.The influence of dust content on the filter bag on the ash cleaning process was also considered.In view of the phenomenon that it becomes more and more difficult to clean the dust with the cleaning process,the solution method of gradually increasing the injection pressure can be adopted.This phenomenon can also be used to ensure that the filter bag is not over-cleaned. |
