Abstract/Summary:
Blast Furnace Gas(BFG)is an important by-product gas generated in the steel production process with complicated generation process and large output fluctuation. The dynamic balance of the whole gas network is inevitably influenced by the changes of BFG system.A timely and effective BFG system scheduling along with low gas diffusion rate and well utilization will greatly improve economic efficiency of iron and steel enterprise. The existed researches on gas scheduling-primarily focused on predicting whether the gas storage reaches its limitation.Researchers develop schedule proposal by analyzing gas reserve rather than computing directly by intelligence algorithm which can reduce operators’ workloads.A method is required to help operators to calculate scheduling amount for reducing their workload and improving the automation level of iron and steel enterprise. In this paper,an inference method based-on Mamdani Fuzzy Model is proposed to calculate scheduling amount of BFG system with analyzation of filed data. The scheduling time and the amount are determined according to the data fluctuation at first. Then an initial fuzzy model and rule-base is consequently established. In addition,a FCM based fuzzy set merging based on FCM is constructed for rule reduction of initial rule-base,in which the computing speed and accuracy is sufficiently enhanced. In the end,a series of data experiments are conducted so as to prove that the proposed methods can be applied to the practical projects with satisfied efficiency and generalization.Considering the actual requirements of a domestic iron and steel enterprise,a scheduling application software for BFG system is designed and implemented, which many functions such as data display, model management, scheduling amount computing, etc.,are involved. It successively provides detailed scheduling scheme to the operators according to current production status.
