SnO2 as a kind of wide band gap of n type semiconductor material?E=3.6eV?,llithium ion battery lithium storage capacity with pHotocatalysis,gas sensitivity and higher,because of these special properties,it has been paid much attention of scientists,and further study the application in various fields,such as gas sensors,lithium ion battery charging,display materials etc..In these applications,it is usually used to carry out the element doping and morpHological structure changes to achieve the purpose of performance optimization and stability.Study on two-step hydrothermal and one-step hydrothermal to C-SnO2 nanocomposite material used in this paper,mainly using sucrose and Sn Cl4`5H2O as the carbon source and the tin source,through the structure and morpHology of the reaction products under different parameters is discussed.The main morpHology and composition of the final product by XRD,SEM and other characterization methods are discussed,through the study found that in the reaction temperature,time,pH value,concentration and sintering treatment will have certain effects on the morpHology and structure of the final product,which has a certain regularity.The three key factors which affect the morpHology of the final products are the amount of carbon powder,pH value and sintering process.In one-step hydrothermal method,hydrothermal reaction temperature,time,concentration,pH and sintering process will cause obvious influence on the product's final.The research process in process parameters,by using a two-step hydrothermal method successfully in solution pH=10,C concentration of 50g/L powder synthesized C-SnO2 nanocomposite with wormlike structure.It is proved that the nucleation and crystallization of SnO2 in the hydrothermal process of the two-step hydrothermal method can be improved in the condition of high C concentration.In addition,we also synthesized C-SnO2 nanocomposite with core-shell structure under the condition of high temperature and reaction time.Through the comparison of the process,it is found that the hydrothermal products synthesized by the two-step hydrothermal process are more uniform in the size of the morpHology,and the products synthesized in one-step hydrothermal process are more abundant in morpHology.
