The transition metal Ir(?)complex is a kind of excellent phosphrescence emissionmaterial, which is widely used in oxygen sensing, molecular recognition, photocatalysis and other fields. In this thesis,we designed a series of neutral and cationic Ir(?)complexes;Successful constuction of hydrogen riched metal Ir(?)complex fac-CHO-thio,optically functional metal-organic framworks Ir-Ag-MOF and Ir-Cu-MOF;fac-CHO-thio has made some meaningful exploration in speccific anion recognition and Ir-Cu-MOF in photocatalysis.(1)The hydrogen-riched thiourea functionalized fac-CHO-thio was synthesized by Schiff-Base reaction of the neutral Ir(?)complex fac-CHO with thiosemicarbazide; The complex fac-CHO-thio showed the selective recognition of F-and SO42-in the mixed anions through the nuclear magnetic and fluorescence titration, such as SO42-,NO3-,F-,Cl-,I-,Cl O4-,H2PO4-and PO43-and so on.The Isothermal Titration Calorimetry shows that the molar ratio of fac-CHO-thio to the guest molecure F-is 1:2 by hydrogen bonding, and the fac-CHO-thio to SO42-is 1:1.(2)A series of Ir(?)complexes containing pyridine nitrogen nodes were designed, like the neutral Ir(?)complex mer-Ir(pyppy)3 and the cationic Ir? complexes[Ir(pyppy)2(bpy)(PF6)],[Ir(pypppy)2(bpy)(PF6)].In addition, the the functional luminescent MOFs Ir-Ag-MOF and Ir-Cu-MOF have been obtained from the reaction of the cationic complex [Ir(pyppy)2(bpy)(PF6)],Ag+ cation and Cu+cation. The optically functional MOFs Ir-Cu-MOF was successfully used for the C-C coupling reaction of N-phenyltetrahydroisoquinoline and phenylethylene derivatives by coupling photocatalysis and transition metal coordination catalysis under mild conditions such as visible light, room temperature, dichloromethane solvent. The good catalytic efficiency and good size-selectivity of the photocatalyst Ir-Cu-MOF offers an environmental friendly route for the formation of new C-C bonds.
