| Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been a research hotspot as a material that combines organic and inorganic components in one kind of material.The characteristic of the combination of metal ions or metal clusters named secondary building units(SBU)and organic linking ligands which coordinated by various directions that make their structures ever-changing.So far thousands kinds of MOFs material which have different formshave been reported.Its high specific surface area,high porosity,adjustable permanent voids and channels,flexible structure adjustment and reversibility of adsorption make it used in various fields after its development in recent decades.In the field of analytical sensing,while researchers are developing new types of MOFs for analysis field,the focus of recent research has also been on functionalizing MOFs or using MOFs and other functional materials to form composite materials.In the field of molecular detection,MOFs are applied in a relatively single way.Most studies use MOFs as probes or as carriers to load other functionalized materials.These detection methods have certain limitations,such as lack of signal amplification or enhancement measures,and the loading of materials has a certain limit to the rate.In this article,based on the current research situation,we design and implement a combination of functionalized MOFs and nanocomposites as a Strategy of signal amplification.First,we synthesized a nano-MOFs(NMOFs)which coordination center was based on highly symmetrical inorganic metal unit Zr6O4(OH)4 And conjugated polymers are used as organic ligands,we call this material as P-MOF.The self-assembly between P-MOFs and aminated Au@ZnFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles,thereby maximizing the aggregation of signal-producing fluorescent functionalized P-MOFs materials for ultrasensitive immunosensing.And because of the characteristic of the material,this amplification strategy can be used in various detection methods.Another focus is on rapid and more sensitive detection of hydrogen sulfide molecules in liquid samples.In order to reach the target,two kind of material have been synthesized,a functional nano-metal-organic framworks(nano-MOFs)PAC({CuL-[AlOH]2}n,H6L=meso-tetrakis(4-carboxylphenyl)porphyrin)and graphitic carbon nitride(g-C3N4).When hydrogen sulfide was exist in liquid sample,the Cu2+ion in PAC will react with S2-ion and leave from PAC,the change will make PAC turn on the fluorescence.And the Cu2+ion further quenching the fluorescence of g-C3N4 on base effictive and specific,generate a obvious signal of quenching corresponding the concentration of hydrogen sulfide.This method can significantly lower the detection limit of hydrogen sulfide by hyphenated of two materails,lower to 0.5 nM from 16 nM when PAC was used alone. |
