| The automatic cement loading machine is a kind of equipment which can be used in the form of stacking of cars.It can be widely used in chemical industry,food packaging,building materials and other industries.The utility model can realize the automatic palletizing process of bagged cement from the production line to the truck carriage,which can greatly improve the production efficiency.Therefore,the research on automatic cement loading machine is of great significance.In this paper,automatic cement loading machine and its key parts as the research object,the finite element model is established by using ANSYS Workbench as a tool,the key parts of cement loading machine are analyzed by static analysis,modal analysis.The strength and stiffness of the main parts,such as the main frame,the side plate of the stacker,the gate drive link and so on,are analyzed.Detailed study based on the finite element analysis of the key parts of the relevant parameters,find the weak point of the existing problems and may result in a loading machine in the work process,aiming at the problems of the key parts of optimization design,a new optimization structure,and to optimize the structure of the new analysis.To improve the working performance of the whole loader.Based on the analysis of the performance parameters of the key parts of the main engine,the key components,such as the lack of stiffness of the main frame in the general working condition and the limit condition,are found.At the same time,combined with the problem of the over weight of the main frame,the topology optimization design of the frame is carried out,and a new optimization scheme is obtained.The performance parameters of the optimized scheme are obtained,and the feasibility is verified.Based on the analysis of the results of the static analysis,a set of design points in the optimization space is obtained.Through the static analysis of the driving rod of the gate,the conclusion is obtained that it can not meet the requirement of application.This study shows that the first generation of cement loading machine for some key parts can not fully meet the requirements of multiple working loading machine,based on the finite element method to solve these key parts of the proposed optimization scheme is feasible and practical significance to improve the performance of high key parts of the loading machine.It can provide theoretical guidance and practical support for practical production. |
