This topic is in the colleges and universities in Guangdong province high level talent project "WSN target tracking theory in the petrochemical system safety monitoring application" as the background,the purpose is for the petrochemical production site,workshop or factory to sudden toxic gas leak gas diffusion source localization motion prediction,detection of ammonia concentration in any factory coordinate within the area and motion of the ammonia leakage,plays an important role in the toxic and harmful gas monitoring application of petrochemical industry production.Petrochemical Environmental Safety Monitoring System of WSN based on the target concentration of toxic and harmful gases at a certain point of the implementation of monitoring of petrochemical plant in the region,through constant potential electrochemical sensor as the detecting gas in front of the content,with CC2530 as the main control chip acquisition parameters the concentration of ammonia air,by using the ZigBee transmission module of wireless communication with PC terminal,for ammonia diffusion of predictive image and by calculating the coordinates of points obtained by the ammonia leak source wireless positioning technology.The main contents of this paper include:1.The technology of wireless sensor network is studied.ZigBee technology,infrared transmission technology and Bluetooth transmission technology are compared.Finally,ZigBee technology is selected2.Comparative analysis model and the gas turbulent diffusion model of Gauss gas,toxic gas leakage in the petrochemical plant,the diffusion condition is simulated by using the two kinds of gas diffusion model,the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of gas diffusion model from the simulation results,the theoretical support to choose the Gauss plume model for wireless location algorithm.3.The environment safety monitoring system hardware design: CPU control using the CC2530 microcontroller,the realization of gas concentration information collection,including hydrogen sensors,carbon monoxide sensors,sensor,gas sensor and so on;the host computer communication,realizes the connection node and PC wireless sensor network terminal,completed by the ZigBee module.4.Completed the design of the safety monitoring system software environment: using C language to complete the procedures of sensor node,system initialization,interrupt sampling,real-time display of data;comparing the 3 kinds of wireless location algorithm based on the petrochemical environmental safety monitoring system of the ammonia leak source localization algorithm;data communication,wireless communication program,real-time data transmission data storage,display,concentration and gas diffusion image and so on.5.The test platform of petrochemical environmental safety monitoring system was tested,including network testing,node data collection,function test and PC interface data displaytest.According to the test results of the petrochemical environmental safety monitoring system of the experimental platform,can prove toxic and harmful gas detection system design to the normal operation and accurate display on the PC side,which is of great significance to the petrochemical environmental safety monitoring technology.
