Based on Artemisia Selengensis tea as the research object,firstly analyzing its nutritional value from the aspects of chemical composition,health care function;then,optimizing the productionprocess of Artemisia Selengensis tea by the response surface method optimization.In this paper,the main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Comparative analysising the chemical composition of Artemisia Selengensis and Artemisia Selengensis tea by adopting the method of GC-MS.Discovered that the Artemisia Selengensis tea contained 2.72% total fat,0.136% total protein,7.45%free amino acid,0.151%soluble sugar,3.31%flavonoids,1.06% chlorogenic acid.Artemisia Selengensis tea includ 28 kinds of volatile components,alkane content is higher,the total accounted for 58.94%,one of the biggest content in compound is docosanoic(27.46%).(2)Using orthogonal experiment method to study the antibacterial effect of Artemisia Selengensis tea.The results show that using 90% ethanol solution,leaching 75 min at 95 temperatures,the leaching solution of bacteriostatic effect is the best.Water extraction experimenton this basis was carried out,the distilled water at 85 temperature extract for 2 hours,the result is the best bacteriostasis effect.(3)Studing the activity of anti lipid peroxidation by the liver homogenate-barbituric acid method.Within the range of 0.01 ~ 0.035 mg/ml concentration,the anti lipid peroxidation of Artemisia Selengensis teahave enhanced with the increase of concentration,and the maximum concentration of 0.035 mg/ml,inhibition effect is the best,the inhibition rate was 92.8% at this time,is about nine times than ascorbic acid inhibition rateunderthe same concentration.(4)Researching flavonoids lipid-lowering effect of Artemisia Selengensis tea by hyperlipidemia build mode method.Results showed that Artemisia Selengensis tea for hyperlipidemia model group mice have fall hematic fat(cholesterol,triglyceride,low density),can be adjusted in a certain degree of liver metabolism,increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol,balance the blood lipid.(5)Optimizing the process of Artemisia Selengensis tea through the RSM method.The result is that the optimal combination of response surface optimization cutting length 3 cm,filming for7 min(230 ~ 250 ℃),drying temperature 105 ℃,the Artemisia Selengensis tea using optimal combination have better sensory quality,and flavonoids content was 3.17%,and the content of chlorogenic acid was 1.04%.
