| Because the Marine structures are more and more giant,the security of Marine structures is getting more attention.Skid shoe,which is the support of Marine platform in the building process,plays an important role.This paper,by applying the ANSYS software,studies the active variable cross-section skid shoe,which is work on the Offshore Oil Engineering(Qingdao)co LTD.First,the strength of the skid shoe is studied.Then the analysis result was evaluated through field experiment.Finally analysis of active skid shoe is optimized.The following results can be obtained,through the analysis of strength of skid shoe,(1)In the process of building,the skid shoe stress of each part is less than the allowable stress of steel which is used by skid shoe.Skid shoe is in a state of relatively safe.But the stress of the pile legs is more than other position of skid shoe,which causes the nonuniform distribution of skid shoe stress.(2)In the process of the smooth shipment,stress in supporting point is more than the allowable stress of steel and occurs plastic deformation.Due to the smaller scope and some little time use,the plastic zone is allowed in engineering practice.At the same time,because of the influence of drag force,the stress distribution of skid shoe changes slightly.But in addition to the supporting point,the rest of the stress is still less than the allowable stress.(3)In the process of the unsmooth shipment,due to the change of the constraint condition,skid shoe stress distribution changes.The following conclusions can be received through the test:(1)When the load was carried out on the skid shoe,experimental values and calculated values exists error,but the error is less than 5% and can meet the conditions.(2)After uninstalling,stress value is not zero.It shows that residual stress exists in the skid shoe.In the end,because of the limitation of experimental conditions during tests for skid shoe can’t give it’s a load of structures,the applied load quantity is small,there are some errors with real results.By analyzing the optimization of skid shoe,the following can be concluded:(1)Radius of pile legs,the leg wall thickness and the roof thickness on skid shoe have effects on maximum stress,make appropriate adjustment for these factors can effectively reduce the skid shoe maximum stress;(2)The first,second and central web plate location and short web has corrosive skid shoe stress affect smaller,keep skid shoe structure was designed. |
