Along with large and middle scale and miniature machine type’s day-by-day increase, therubber track is applied to different engineer walking machine broadly. The rubber track is one kindof new rubber transmission belts, it has the lower pressure ratio to contact with the ground andhigher traction force. It mainly applies in the farm machinery, the construction machinery and onthe transport machinery. There are fairly high requirements for the material Properties of rubbertrack because of the continuous Interaction between the track and the ground. The rubberperformance parameter is in the track a very important parameter. The rubber material is directlyrelated to the performance of the track. This paper firstly gets the experimental data from theexperiment of tensile test, tear test and adhesion test. Then the tear intensity and adhesion intensitycan be obtained by using the software of ANSYS workbench. Firstly, the analysis of pressing arubber wheel is carried out, for the purpose to simulate the true performance of the rubber shoeblock, such as sliding and shear condition. The rubber wheel is placed under a pressing and rollingmachine, then the rubber wheel can roll under a certain pressure back and forth by the machine.What is more, the impact analysis and wear analysis can also be operated in the above way. Therubber shoe block is proved to be no damage according to the tear intensity and adhesion intensity.The actual tests are operated after the simulation to verify the correctness of the simulation byANSYS workbench.The analysis and study of the dynamic response of the system is also very important, so weconduct a follow-up dynamic simulation for the whole tank model. The method of obtain thesystem dynamic performance parameters can be divided into two kinds, experimental modalanalysis and computational modal analysis. Because the former method is cumbersome andcomplex, but the latter method has the advantage of less cost and less time, so this paper adopts themethod of computational modal analysis. Comparing with the other similar softwares,Recurdynhas many advantages in many fields,therefore,the dynamic system parameters can be gotten. Atthe same time, make sure the mutual effect between the components of the track, and these datacan be used to help the improvement in future track design.This paper studies various properties of rubber track, as well as its performance during the collision between the road and the ground. In view of the important influence of the track on thevehicle, the better program is use the computer to simulate the static and dynamic performance ofthe rubber track, based on the results obtained, the components can be improved. What is more, theresulting data can provide a reference of tracked vehicle’s design, and provide a possibility tocontrol the characteristics and quality of components. At the same time, this research can provideinformation to help change the relevant tracked shoe design, manufacturing and research. In thefuture design of new rubber track shoe, this paper may save development time and cost savings,and thus enforce the basis for the development of China’s defense industry.
