Chengdao offshore oilfield in Shengli has been developing for 20 years,while the platform and pipeline design life is only 15 years,At present,the conflict between the low production rate,the low level recovery problem and the using life of platform is very sharp,horizontal wells are in urgent need of large pumps extract mining technology to extract speed.Through research,and analyze the results of Chengdao Oilfield pump extracts field trials in recent years,in order to meet the large pumps extract process on sand control completion technology requirements,we carry out horizontal wells openhole horizontal section at the bottom of the cycle pack sand process research applications to achieve uniform annulus between the borehole drilling and sand control screens,dense filling,to provide reliable protection for horizontal wells extract development.Take researchs on supporting the horizontal section while filling sand segment after acidification process technology to achieve a balanced use of horizontal wells and reservoir stimulation deplugging.Furthermore,from the viewpoint of optimizing delay water coning,to optimize the Center tubing delay water coning technology,and successfully pilot tested in sea CB1FA-P4 well to cooperate with frequency well production management)configuration optimization of production conditions downconversion pump unit in terms of studying the working principles of the inverter,frequency conversion technology characteristics such as submersible pumps,Through the large pumps extract sand horizontal well completions conditions,water control technology,optimizing frequency lifting process,the formation of a self-area offshore oilfield Shengli Guantao horizontal wells in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir large pump extracts supporting technology and the site has achieved good effects,accelerate offshore oil production rate,provide a strong technical support for improving well productivity.
