The Analysis On Fracturing Technology And Effect In Erlian Oilfield

At present,Fracturing technologies have been used widly to develop the unconventional oil and gas reservoirs.Erlian exploration area is one of typical low permeability reservoirs in Huabei oilfield,in which eighty percent of wells have to use hydraulic fracturing technique to obtain better development effects.Complex lithology,low permeability,strong heterogeneity and other characteristics of formation in exploration area result in complicated reforming measures and higher demand of pertinence for fracturing fluid system and measures.Currently,a series of fracturing reconstruction techniques were used in Erlian oilfield and made remarkable achievements in improving the acid fracturing and exploring the innovative technologies,such as volume fracturing.In this paper,comprehensive analysis of feasibility of fracturing measures in Eren exploration area,and study on the early fracturing process adaptability and targeted measures,have significance to improve the development of low permeability reservoirs.Through the methods combining theoretical research and experiments with field practical exploration,the pre-fracturing wells in different regions of exploration area were analysed.The fracturing scale and fracturing characteristic parameters were studied.Then the fracturing effect and process adaptability were analyzed.Secondly,the forming fracturing transformation technologies in exploration area were studied,including low concentration guar,acid fracturing technology,composite bridge plugs.And the process characteristics,reservoir characteristics and the effect of typical measures were also analysed.Meanwhile,the characteristics of new technologies,such as volume fracturing,pumping bridge plug segmentation fracturing,and limit sand were studied.The effects of different types of new technologies on increasing production were analysed.In this paper,the characteristics and adaptability of different fracturing technologies were figured outfrom the practice of Erlian exploration area.A research system of fracturing transformation adapting to different types of reservoirs in Erlian exploration area was established in this paper.It will provide important guidance to effectively solve the development problems for heterogeneity layers and "thin" and "poor" layers and to improve and promote the fracturing measures in Erlian exploration area.
