With the continues develop of the world economy, the problem of the imbalance between energy supply and demand is increasing, more and more attention has been paid to the exploitation of heavy oil reservoir. Our country is very rich in heavy oil resources, while due to the inherent characteristics of heavy oil reservoirs result low yields of heavy oil. Measures need to be implemented to improve the output of heavy oil and hydraulic fracturing method is a practical approach. Therefore, in order to meet the needs of development and production of oilfield, researches on Lukeqin heavy oil reservoir transformation technology, research on heavy oil reservoir fracturing, and the improving of the oilfield development effect need conduct, in the mean time, full utilization of cost-effective means for Lukeqin heavy oil reservoirs is needed. In this paper, on the basis of a lot of researches on hydraulic fracturing, the hydraulic fracture propagation mechanism and the heavy oil reservoir fracturing technology are analyzed and summarized, which can provide theoretical and technical support for the fracturing of Lukeqin heavy oil reservoir. Meanwhile, according to statistical analysis of the results of preliminary fracturing effect and regional characteristics in Lukeqin heavy oil reservoir, the difficulty of the heavy oil reservoir fracturing is found. According to difficulties of heavy oil reservoir fracturing, heavy oil reservoir fracturing technology in Lukeqin oilfield is found through numerical simulation and experimental methods and carried on-site applications. Field application shows that deep heavy oil reservoir stimulation technology can significantly improve the heavy oil well productivity, and heavy oil reservoir fracturing technology enables Lukeqin heavy oil reservoir development to achieve a cost-effective and provide a strong technical support 80-100 ten thousand tons of heavy oil production every year. Breakthroughs and successful application of this technology are helpful to deep transformation and development of domestic and foreign heavy oil reservoirs, and there are good prospects in it. |
