| In recent years,Shengli oil field steam injection boiler use fuel oil as the main fuel,but with the increasingly serious situation of environmental protection,fuel emissions can not meet environmental protection requirements.Examined through the emission concentration of crude oil,fuel oil and natural gas,the flue gas of crude oil and fuel oil after treatment also can not meet the emission requirements of indicators,only natural gas emissions index can meet the relevant requirements of environmental protection.Given the current situation,Shengli Oilfield plan fuel structural adjustment of steam injection boiler,discharge from natural gas to replace the current fuel to achieve flue gas index meet the environmental protection requirement.But gas volume at present their production is low in Shengli oil field,unable to meet the injection steam boiler need of large amounts of natural gas,only through the external natural gas source for Shengli oil field steam injection boiler.At present,the Shengli oil field by Gudao~Dongying~Xindian pipeline network is connected with Shandong natural gas network by the end of 2012,The amount of natural gas from Shandong natural gas network to Dongying was up to 35x104m3/d.In order to implement the fuel structure adjustment project of steam injection boiler,the amount will increase,and the increased natural gas is mainly used to replace the new fuel for the Shengli oil field steam injection boiler and gathering system heating furnaces,so as to ensure the normal production and operation of Shengli oil field.The main purpose of Gudao~Dongying~Xindian gas pipeline of the original design is for the Shengli oilfield produced natural gas to Qilu petrochemical.At present,using the pipeline for the gas transmission of the opposite direction,take the whole task of urban residents in Shengli oil field and even Dongying City,due to the characteristics of gas for the residents,large imbalance exists between the supply and the usage.Could the pipeline meet the requirements after Increasing the throughput of pipeline gas or not needs further verification.This paper will analyze the adaptability for the transmission quantity increases of Gudao~Dongying~Xindian pipeline in JAU 2015、DEC 2015 and 2018.Use the transient simulation of the TGNET to calculate every case,found that the existing pipeline couldn’t meet the requirements of DEC 2015 and 2018.Then put forword several feasible cases to solve the above questions.And according to comparieion of several cases,recommend the best case to provide the basis for scientific decision-making for the implementation of the project. |
