Jian is located in middle-west of JiangXi province,and in the middle part of Gan River,and is the location of world-known Jinggangshan.For the economic development of old revolutionary base areas,in Mar,2010,economic and technological development zone was approved to establish by State Department.And the zone is located at the South of Jia n city with an area of 46.5 square kilometers.There are more than 200 enterprises there with the main three leading industries:electronic information,Bio Food and Drug,advanced manufacturing,leading to rapid develop ment of Jian economy.The main energy of the zone is coal.They got higher costs of natural gas(LNG)from Guangdong and Fujian coastal areas,resulting in increasing in production costs.At the same time,negative impact to environment increased.So clean energy is needed in the zone.West-East gas pipeline project via Jian makes it possible for the zone to use clean energy.The article analyzed present situation of natural gas pipe network of the zone,estimated the market demand,determined the size of the project,process,route scheme,economic benefit in detail.It makes the conclusion advanced and reasonable.The advanced,mature,reliable technology was used with new process,new material,new equipment in the scheme,making itsafe,reliable,economic reasonable,reducing investment and occupation of land.At the same time,it focus on environment protection,making providing gas a long,safe,stable process.
