Study On The Risk Evaluation Of Fu Niu Xi Oil Depot Expansion Project

Security risk management is a new management discipline,has developed rapidly in recent years,highly valued by the international and domestic.Safety risk management is mainly directed against the risk of production operations,through the study of how to safety production plan,organization,command,coordination and control,reduce the accident probability and the loss of accidents,the ultimate goal to ensure employee safety of life and property safety.This article through to the Funiu Creek depot expansion project design,the most serious state assumption in the fire and explosion,oil leakage and other types of accidents,through the use of TNT equivalent damage calculation and calculation method of pool fire accident spread range and damage degree,whether the safety distance between the general layout of the validation project meets the requirements,whether or not process equipment,fire fighting facilities,three levels of prevention and control facilities to meet the needs of the accident rescue.In this paper,through the collection of risk loss of construction projects of petroleum and petrochemical industries,occurrence frequency statistics of various types of risk.Combined with the actual project,the risk weight calculation method to calculate all kinds of risk using risk weight,the main risks facing construction stage are determined according to the amount of risk size.Aiming at Funiu Creek depot existence and expansion project construction phase of the main risks and causes of the management process,or construction schemes are analyzed,the key point to find the risk control,the application of risk matrix evaluation method carries on the analysis,proposed can effectively reduce and control risk management scheme and technical measures.This paper based on the comprehensive study on the process of safety science theory,combined with the actual situation of Funiu Creek depot extension projects.The research conclusion is targeted,has certain reference and guiding significance for the similar project safety risk management.
