The paper selects a kind of graphite ore associated with iron ore from Qinglong Hebei,and has a beneficial test on it,which provides a strong basis for selecting and determining the best scheme of ore processing.The experiment on the process mineralogy research of representative graphite ore samples is made,and the research results show that the valuable elements of the graphite ore associated with iron ore from Qinglong Hebei are carbon and iron,which reach the requirements of industrial recycling and have a value of mining and separation.The harmful elements P and S in the ore are low,so the effect on the quality of concentrate in the experiment is negligible.According to the experimental research on graphite ore associated with iron ore from Qinglong Hebei including grinding sizes,grinding stage numbers,reagent condition in each grinding stage and selection times,the technological process is determined ultimately as follows: first stage,grinding size-200 mesh accounts for 31.71%,roughing collector dosage is 100g/t,foaming agent dosage is 25g/t;second stage,grinding size-200 mesh accounts for 80.24%,roughing collector dosage is 80g/t;foaming agent dosage is 20g/t,second stageconcentrate third stage grinding size-200 mesh accounts for 81.28%,roughing collector dosage is 40g/t,foaming agent dosage is 10g/t;third stage,concentrate fourth stage grinding size-200 mesh accounts for 82.86%,roughing collector dosage is 20g/t,foaming agent dosage is 5g/t;three stages select and middling returns nearby.After the closed-circuit test process of four stages grinding,one roughing,ten selection and middling returning nearby,the experiment has got the flotation indexes ultimately including the graphite concentrate grade of 96.55%,the yield of 4.50%,the recovery rate is 69.04%.The separation indexes reach the standard of high carbon graphite concentrate.The experiment research on grinding particle size,flotation concentration,flotation reagent system and technological process,determining a suitable beneficiation technology for this kind of ore,provides a scientific basis for the development and utilization of fine flake graphite ore associated with iron ore from Hebei province China.
