Shahe Zhongguan Iron Mine of Hebei Iron and Steel Group belongs to contact metasomatic skarn magnetite deposit.The main ore types are primary ores and oxidized ores are found locally.The main useful industrial iron ores in the ores are magnetite,a small amount of hematite and limonite,and a small amount of metal sulfide pyrite and cobalt pyrite.Iron is the main target of recovery in ores.In addition,cobalt is a useful element.Hardness of iron ore(Pushi): f = 6 ~ 10,similar to the ore properties of Beiminghe,Yushiwa and Xishimen mines in Hanxing area.According to the nature of the ore,the self-grinding scheme can be selected.The scheme only needs a period of crushing,and the number of crushing segments is small.It can reduce the production links and dust pollution,simplify the composition of the workshop,occupy less space,and reduce investment.Because of the small number of equipment,less operators and low production costs.According to the comparison,the advantages of self-grinding technology are determined.After selfgrinding,wet preconcentration is used to discard coarse tailings,which can throw 25% of the tailings ahead of time,enrich the grade of the original ore from 44.61% to 62.02%,and greatly reduce the production cost.Detailed study on beneficiation process of representative samples of Zhongguan Iron Mine was carried out.Reasonable beneficiation process flow and process parameters were determined through the study of ore properties,small beneficiation process and extended continuous beneficiation process.Main Technical Indicators: Iron concentrate grade(> 66%)and Metal recovery ≥80%.According to the test results,the technological process is determined,the main equipment is checked and selected,and the investment estimate of the concentrator is designed,which provides the design basis for the construction of the concentrator in the next step.Figure20;Table50;Reference64...
