Our oil is widely distributed,and more for the low permeability oil field development is difficult,yield is low,and even part of the oil blocks in electric oil,with the long-term development of oil field,oil consumption is increasing,energy saving and high attention.Beam pumping unit is the main oil production equipment,in order to reduce the energy consumption of oil field,the beam pumping unit to take a variety of energy-saving measures.The application of inverter control device has been paid attention in the petroleum industry,most of the inverter control device and no standardized monitoring,in the application of actual energy saving without scientific and effective data for leading oil companies in the selection and application of inverter energy-saving products when there is no scientific and effective basis,leading to blindness in the selection of frequency converter.In order to solve the above problems,this paper according to the actual situation of the existing oil pumping machine,the energy-saving technology and methods are introduced and analyzed,and the focus on the research and analysis of control device of multifunctional speed regulating devic e,pump,test platform technology and design method to reduce the energy consumption of Mechanical production system,by comparing the different parameters of the analysis,scientific proof,multifunctional speed regulating pumping device,continuous measurement of liquid level of oil well pumping control device for energy saving and comprehensive evaluation,effect evaluation of multifunctional energy-saving device control,provide the basis for the selection and optimization of oilfield technology promotion.The experiment method is used in this project as two kinds of test methods for the production well of pumping unit standard well and pumping unit.Test method for determination of the effect of "law",namely,according to the relevant laws,regulations and standards,the conditions of use in comparable circumstances,by comparing the energy consumption index of energy saving products before and after the reaction,the effect of energy saving,with energy saving rate.The test platform is designed in thi s paper,using the hydraulic simulation wells,equipped with dual oil pumping machine base,high precision sensor configuration in the key measuring points,the parameters can be detected from the high voltage side pumping system to the wellhead,the device can carry out energy-saving pumping unit and energy-saving product testing and efficiency testing,also can complete the pumping of the energy-saving technology engineering test.Through the experimental platform and the selection method of many efficient and high-quality multifunctional speed regulating device for the oil field,the number of multifunctional speed regulating device used in oilfield is gradually increased,which has an important significance for oil saving,maximize the efficiency of ente rprises.Oil pumping unit of oil field is huge,through the experimental platform and method to select the energy saving effect of the multi function speed control device,will save a lot of electricity,to create a huge economic benefits.
