Multi hydraulic cylinder synchronous control has been studied in many fields in China,but the research and application of multi cylinder synchronous control of multi cylinder hydraulic cylinder is very little.In practical application,if the hydraulic cylinder can only maintain synchronous single direction motion,sets of hydraulic system can make the hydraulic synchronous control components increase,lead to complexity and hydraulic system failure rate increases by single direction in sets,so it's not suitable for field repair operations.This paper according to the characteristics of metallurgical machinery repair introduced large equipment multi-point synchronous lifting hydraulic-shifting system design and engineering application.This paper according to the characteristics of metallurgical machinery repair introduced equipped with large-scale multi-point synchronous lifting hydraulic-shifting system design and engineering practical application,describes the specific analysis the various hydraulic synchronous control method and compared the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.According to the specific requirements of the construction work environment of the design system in this paper,we choose the same way to control,and the following research has been carried out to solve the following problems.(1)This paper studies the application status of the hydraulic system in the field of control engineering,mainly focuses on the source and significance of the project.(2)Design a set of application-traversing the hydraulic transmission and control system in the incremental rise,and from the perspective of technical feasibility,economy and practicability of comprehensive consideration,the design of the hydraulic synchronizing lifting and transferring system,and the key hydraulic components of the type selection and calculation.(3)The design of the hydraulic system of hydraulic mechanical auxiliary device structure,and the construction of these machines was calculated by mechanics analysis and checking.(4)Adopts PLC control,synchronization control system for the hydraulic system of the hydraulic device is designed,using pure PLC control way,further reducing the system construction of manufacturing cost and the failure rate of the premise and improve the automation level and the control precision of the same.(5)The hydraulic system were analysis by AMESim simulation,and the prospect is given the hydraulic L & S direction traverse system research and development direction of optimization.
