Abstract/Summary:
The quality of flexography affects the printing process directly and determines the quality of flexible printing.According to the principle of printing and experiment.thc quality performancc of flexible plate is tested, which provides a scientific basis for selecting flexible plate and improving the durability of flexible plate.The main conclusions applied to the actual printing production process can improve the rate of durable and printing quality, lay a theoreical foundation for printability study, promote the development of modern printing Technology.According to the principle of virtual work and the nonlinear theory of thin plate, a flexible plate deformation diagram is obtained by using finite element analysis software;Based on the basic theory of material mechanics, the compression deformation and tensile deformation characteristics of flexible plates are discussed from two aspects of theoretical analysis and experiment.Combined with the printing principle, the hardness and thickness of the flexible plate are studied. The infuence of the consistency of the hardness and thickness of the flexible plate on the dot gain of the printed material is studied respectively.The experimental data are processed with the application of unary nonlinear regression and the chart function of Excel scftware.The reesults showed that the deformation of flexible plate was obvious in the process of printing.The load displacement curve was obtained in the compression experiment. It was found that there was a nonlinear relationship between the printing pressure and the compressive deformation, and the two equation of the printing pressure and the amount of compression was established. The tensile clongation curvce of tensile test showed that the change of the elongation haa three obvious stages with the increase of tensile force.In the printing practice, the deformation of the Chinese version was in the elastic stage, and the tension of the flexible plate was linear with the elongation . With a flexible printing plate thickness in the range of standard deviation, compared with the sandard flexible version of printing, increase scope was basically the same in the darkened and the bright area network、while in the middle reegions increased by 7% .The effect of hardness on the flexographic print dot rate in bright and darkened area wassimilar to the middle region,the impact would be greater, increasing by about 12%.
