As a kind of soft capsule industrial product widely used in medicine,food,chemical and other industries,dropping pill has high processing requirements.The condensation setting of dropping pill largely determines the quality of product.In order to ensure the high efficiency of this link and effectively reduce defective rate,it is necessary to effectively monitor the flow rate of the fluid in setting tube to ensure sufficient condensing time for dropping pill,which requires to develop a method of measuring the flow rate effectively without damaging dropping pill.Flexible shin plate is very soft and can deforms with the impact of fluid at a certain speed,so it is very suitable for the development of flow rate measuring device.Based on the analysis of some existing flow rate measurement methods,this paper proposes a method to measure flow rate by using the deformation of flexible shin plate combining with working conditions for measuring the flow velocity in the setting tube of dropping machine.In order to determine the specific structural parameters of the flexible board,the ULE method is used to calculate the fluid-solid coupling of the flexible sheet,and the relevant factors affecting the deformation and stress of the flexible sheet in the inflow are found.The simulation model of the flexible board is established under the Ansys Workbench platform.,and perform simulation experiments to determine the extent of the impact of these factors.Considering the two aspects of range and precision,further analysis of the simulation experiment is carried out to determine the specific shape of the board.The method of controlling variables is used to study the influence of the size factor of the flexible sheet on its range and precision,to determine its specific size after comprehensive analysis.The polynomial fitting method is used to obtain the relationship between deformation and flow velocity of the flexible flow velocity measuring plate,which is used as the theoretical basis for calculating the flow velocity according to the deformation.According to the determined structure and parameters of the flexible board,a flow rate measuring experimental device is prepared.The image is obtained by image acquisition and image processing of the flexible flow rate measuring plate,and the actual deflection of the flexible plate in the flow field is calculated,thereby realizing the liquid flow rate measurement.
