| With the emergence and the decline in prices of high-performance rare earth permanent magnet materials,permanent-electro magnetic technology have been rapidly developed and widely used.Permanent-electro magnetic technology has gradually appeared new application fields due to its advantages of strong magnetic force,stability,high safety,energy saving and environmental protection.At present,the products based on permanent-electro magnetic technology have been used for the actual production,but the development and design level of product is lower.Therefore,further research work carried out about permanent-electro magnetic technology has important significance to broaden its field of application and development of high-tech products.The main problems such as electric field,magnetic field and magnetic force involved in permanent-electro magnetic clamping are studied by method of theoretical analysis,finite element simulation and experimental analysis.The feasibility of applying permanent-electro magnetic technology for sheet metal deep drawing is analyzed and discussed.Firstly,according to the properties of the permanent magnet material and the working principle of permanent-electro magnetic magnet pole unit,the change rule of the magnetic force of the pole unit with current is studied.The magnetic force is controlled by changing the current to control magnetic field intensity.Then,taking the magnetic pole unit with surface size of 60 mm × 60 mm as an example,the size of the components of the magnetic pole unit,the number of turns and the minimum current of demagnetization were determined by the theoretical calculation and the finite element simulation.The change curve of magnetic force with the current was obtained by the finite element method,this curve provides the basis for the quantification of magnetic force.The pulsed power of control system is designed.Magnetic force and magnetic flux density experiments are carried out on the permanent-electro magnetic magnet pole unit.The experimental results show that the magnetic force and magnetic flux density distribution of magnetic pole unit surface are uniform,and it was proved that the electromagnetic uniformity and the magnetic circuit calculation method of the pole unit are reasonable in the theoretical analysis.The size and parameters of the magnetic pole unit meet the design requirements.Finally,according to permanent-electro magnetic technology and deep drawing process characteristics,the deep drawing experiment device was designed by adopting the permanent-electro magnetic technology for the blank holder.,and a simple deep drawing experiment is carried out.The preliminary experimental results show that it is feasible to apply magnetic force of the magnetic pole unite as blank holder force for deep drawing process. |
