The installation of machinery products is a necessary part of the development process.Reliable and convenient tooling is an important guarantee for the quality of installation and effective operation.Limited by the space,the product,with a small spacing and large depth,and the peripheral equipment to be installed in the installation process is prone to bumps,but the current installation operations are relying on the observation of the gap,and many people cooperate with each other to complete.Because the difficulty of observation and operation is,the risk of the installation and the labor intensity is high.Mainly based on the installation process of large-depth embedded product,and the design of mechanical guidance device,force analysis,stress and deformation simulation verification and installation simulation test of guidance system were carried out.First of all,based on the mechanical guidance device and its application status at home and abroad,the installation conditions and technical requirements of the design are given.And it is proposed to use the large carbon fiber bracket to install the guide roller and the product corresponding interface to install the guide roller to realize the mechanical guidance installation.The three-dimensional model of the guidance system was established by using Pro/E software,and the some kinds of poses of the all possible poses in the embedded installation were subjected to force analysis.Then,by the ANSYS simulation software,the finite element model of the guidance system is established.The finite element simulation is carried out for these three types of typical states,including the only offset position,the only deflection position and the integrated position.The equivalent stress,the maximum stress,and the overall deformation and the maximum deformation of the guide system,under the corresponding load,are obtained,and the rationality of the structural design is verified.Finally,according to the installation conditions and design requirements,a complete set of monitoring system is designed,and the process of the guidance installation process is summarized.The guidance system test calibration test was carried out,and a detailed process of large-depth embedded product installation-oriented simulation test was given.
