Laser melting deposition of TC11 titanium alloy has high mechanical property and thermal intensity,but low plasticity.It is difficult to obtain uniform organization and excellent performance of TC11 titanium alloy by laser melting deposition.Therefore,it is essential to research the technology of laser rapid forming combined with continuous point forging to the organization and mechanical porperties of TC11 titanium alloy,which optimizes the technology of laser melting deposition of TC11 titanium alloy and improves its organization and mechanical porperties has important use value and practical significance.In this study,based on different processing of the laser rapid forming combined with continuous point forging of TC11 titanium alloy and forming process analysis,and analyzes the different forming modes of organization and mechanical properties.What's more,with the study on the detailed discussion and comparison analysis,found that laser rapid forming combined with continuous point forging of TC11 titanium alloy the organization is more uniform,grain is finer,and a large number of equiaxed microstructure.At the same time,plasticity and hardness are better than laser melting deposition TC11 titanium alloys.Through the optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,micro-hardness,tensile testing and so on,analyzes the influence of different heat treatment process on the laser rapid forming combined with continuous point forging of TC11 titanium alloy and laser melting deposition of TC11 titanium alloy microstructure and tensile mechanical properties at room temperature.The analysis of size of the plastic deformation zone formed by continuous point forging and the microstructure formation mechanism of the as-formed TA15 alloy part is given.The reason that the lamellar microstructure of the as-formed TA15 alloy part transform into the equiaxed microstructure is also explained.The results show that the volume fraction of equiaxed grain in the annealed structure of TC11 alloy and the size of the equiaxed grain increase with annealing temperature increasing.The results also show that the strength of the annealed TC11 alloy reduces,and at the same time its ductility increases with annealing temperature increasing.
