The laser melting deposition of TA15 titanium alloy with the high structural stability at indoor temperature and elevated temperature, but structural parts with uniform microstructure and excellent performance are difficult to be obtained during the process of cold deformation. It can not be completely resolved and properties of titanium alloy by laser rapid forming TA15 problems only by the room temperature deformation. Therefore, it is essential to research the technology of Laser Rapid Forming combined with Continuous Point Forging to the globularization behavior of TA15 titanium alloys and grain refinement to realize the control of microstructure and performance during the deformation at room temperature.Analysed of the size of the plastic deformation zo ne formed by Continuous Point Forging and finding the different TA15 titanium alloy microstructures between the laser rapid forming combined with Continuous Point Forging and the Traditional laser rapid forming,founding that the continuous point forging microstructure by the laser rapid prototyping parts still bulky β columnar grain, but compared with the laser rapid forming TA15 titanium alloy deposition state,the grain-boundary α phases have breaked, the overlapping strip shape α+β morphology became the into primary α phases+transformed β morphologyThe influences on globularization behavior of TA15 titanium alloy with the laser melting deposition forming in different deformation at room temperature, the annealing temperature, were researched by quantitative metallographic observation, scanning electron microscopes and microhardness,and examining the precedence level and Transformation mechanism from the grain-boundary α phase, primary α and Secondary α phases, found that in same annealing temperature,the grain-boundary α phases will be easier and more sensitive than primary α and Secondary α phases. Finally obtained a set of continuous complete type forging of TA15 titanium alloy by laser rapid forming in the transformation process of microstructure.The experimental results show that the volume fraction of equiaxed αgrain in the annealed structure of TA15 alloy and the size of the equiaxed αgrain increase with increasing annealing temperature. The results also show that the strength of the annealed TA15 alloy reduce, and at the same time its ductility increase with increasing annealing temperature.Lastly, designed a appropriate technics parameter for the laser rapid forming combined with continuous point forging.
