China is a big country of coal production.Coal mine personnel management is very important in coal mine safety management.Therefore,it is of great significance to introduce the method of biometric identification to the research of the mine personnel accurately identify and the safety personnel management system.Based on the application of face recognition technology in mine personnel management system,this paper analyses the existing mine personnel management system,the precision management technology of personnel identity,the technology of face recognition and the feasibility of face recognition technology in mine personnel management application.It introduces the face detection and recognition algorithms,after analyzing the characteristics of mine face image,selects preliminary face detection and recognition algorithms.Aiming at the noise in the process of image transmission,it uses median and homomorphic denoising method to preprocess the image,eliminated isolated noise in image transmission,enhanced image contrast.It adopts the method of Canny edge detection to extract the feature of mine cap and face contour,based on the contour features detects face.Experiments show that the algorithm of face detection is accurate and it is suitable for face detection of mine workers.It introduces the principle and implementation steps of Principal Component Analysis(PCA)method,and uses PCA for face image features extraction,reduces the complexity of image processing,facilitates face recognition.It builds the face recognition model of the Deep Belief Networks(DBNs),proposes an improved face recognition model based on PCA and DBNs face recognition model.After the simulation experiments in ORL and FLW face database,the comparative analysis shows that PCA-DBNs face recognition has higher recognition speed and recognition rate.The man-machine interface is designed and it realized the face recognition,face detection,face recognition and information display.After testing,PCA-DBNs algorithm,for the test face images,detects and recognizes accurately,has been added to the mine personnel attendance management technology and has an important reference to the practical application.It has a certain guiding significance for the mine personnel safety management system to further improve.
