Laser cladding technology contains many advantages,such as forming fine microstructure and forming excellent mechanical performance etc.and its application prospect covers the field of complex parts manufacturing,aerospace,weapons,repair parts and medical equipment manufacturing etc.To improve the control accuracy in the laser cladding of the servo system and ensure the forming quality of laser cladding products,make the laser cladding technology become more popular in the field of material forming,mechanical manufacturing and the hot spot.Based on the laser cladding experiment platform,this research is aimed to optimize the laser cladding process accurately by using the servo control system which has been studied,the main work is as follows:Firstly,analysing the characteristics of fuzzy control.PID control and fuzzy PID control method,the control requirements of servo control system were proposed based on the technical characteristics of laser cladding platform.In the Simulink environment of MATLAB software.the control effect of fuzzy PID control and PID control was compared,moreover,the simulation and performance analysis of AC servo motor control system were completed.Secondly,designing the control system.AC servo motor selection,driver selection,motion control card selection and PC machine selection,the design of hardware driver board and the control board were completed in this thesis.Besides,the laser cladding experimental platform and communication connection have been established.Thirdly,the overall structure of the AC servo control system software was designed which was used the VC++6.0 software to complete the software design of the control system,including the main PC control interface and the lower position machine control program.At last,debugging the control system hardware and software.the experimental results show that the control accuracy of fuzzy PID control algorithm is higher than that of PID and fuzzy control.
