Mine drainage system is responsible for the main dewatering of the mine.At present,most of China's mine drainage system is still using manual monitoring,relay control method,but The reliability of mine drainage system controlled by relay is unreliable,the emergency capability is poor,resulting in a certain security risk.This paper based on the literature review of mine drainage system,combined with embedded PLC technology and sensor technology,design and development of mine drainage monitoring system based on embedded PLC.Reference to the current commonly used pump room construction principles and design methods,design the overall structure of mine drainage system.Combined with the actual function of the monitoring system,selected the important components such as water pump and sensor reasonably.This paper determine the overall plan of mine drainage monitoring system,and give the drainage system control strategy.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing automatic drainage system controller principle.Making full use of the low cost,good compatibility,scalability and other advantages of embedded PLC,develop the monitoring system of mine water drainage machine.The research chooses ATMEL company's AVR Series MCU Atmegal169 as the main controller chip.Firstly,the design of power supply and reset module is completed.Secondly,designed analog acquisition module based on using the function of Atmegal169 embedded and its internal 8 10 bit precision A/D converter based on the;On the basis of the internal USART,the serial communication module is designed and improved.The control output module is designed combined with the actual functional requirements of the system.Finally,the system program is designed and compiled.On the basis of the development of the lower computer system,using the VC++6.0 software development platform and the idea of modular design,the monitoring software of the host computer is developed.The bidirectional linked list structure is selected as the underlying data storage structure of the ladder diagram program,The forward depth prior scan algorithm is used to complete the conversion of ladder diagram to program statement table.Using C language as the instruction list to the lower computer code conversion intermediate code,and use the AVRStudio software platform for the G-CC compiler to achieve C language to target code conversion,so as to realize the development of the embedded PLC controller.The function of monitoring and displaying of drainage monitoring system is realized by using serial port acquisition and database technology.Finally,under the existing conditions of the laboratory,a drainage monitoring system verification platform is built,and the feasibility of the system is verified.
